I understand things happen and may need a cancellation and reschedule which can be done 48 HOURS before your appointment time. Without a cancellation fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will result in a small fee. If you haven’t arrived 30 mins after your appointment and also haven’t contacted me back it will be considered a no show. Most services cant continue once you arrive 30 minutes late and because of that you will need to create a new appointment. And you WILL be obliged to pay 50% fee before creating a new appointment.
